My readings average around 94% so it would be good to check against a more accurate hospital one when the opportunity arises. Other than that great value for money accurate pulse rate reading and well constructed. I have given accuracy 3 stars only because ioof the fluctuations i have measured. If i get the opportunity to check against another device, i will update my post. on the whole i would recommend. Had a chance to compare to the ones we use in the hospital and it is consistently reading 4-5 (94-95%) units lower than the hospital one (98.65 -99.60%), which i assume to be the better quality and more accurate one. Have reduced rating to 2 stars due to the perceived inaccuracy when compared to a hospital SpO2 meter of similar design. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Accurate and easy to use - non recyclable packaging *by M***F on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 June 2020* Readings match another oximeter I have and the pulse rate also matches the one on my blood pressure monitor so I am confident in its accuracy. Its so easy to use you don't even need to read the instructions.The big downside is the packaging, A box far bigger than it needed to be mostly full of non-recyclable plastic foam.
