Review: One month after purchase and still impressive - I waited a month to review as many others have criticised this item for losing it stickiness but I have no complaints. Firstly, it's so easy to use with no need for gel to be applied. Self-explanatory control buttons and unlike some other reviews I received detailed instructions. USB charging is also very handy. Regarding the adhesive pads I would say there has been no deterioration after using seven days a week for one month. I tend to use it when I am lying flat in bed so it's possible some of the critical reviews are from users who are constantly on the move when wearing the pad. I can imagine this would be a sterner test but I have no complaints. I would also recommend that it's worth taking a little bit of time to make sure the pads are properly replaced on the mat after each use. This will help to prolong effective use. I am expecting many more months of use but until this point I cannot complain.

I generally have a good physique with a nice flat abdomen area, mainly due to exercise and diet (no workouts) so was interested in what this might be able to for minimal effort. Based upon electro stimulation the muscles are stimulated into working out. Intensity can be altered according to what you ideally require, I set this to a medium level, and tested this for a few weeks on alternating days. The results are that I have noticed a more toned dare I say even muscular look, so success. I am not using this now as I prefer a more natural toned look I have. My wife is now using this for weight loss and toning, I may update the review to reflect this. One thing I didnt find particularly appealing was the rather female oriented promotion, is this targeted mainly at women? The description doesn't really bear this out. Overall it works, is reasonably priced and versatile for a number of different end results.

I waited a month to review as many others have criticised this item for losing it stickiness but I have no complaints. Firstly, it's so easy to use with no need for gel to be applied. Self-explanatory control buttons and unlike some other reviews I received detailed instructions. USB charging is also very handy. Regarding the adhesive pads I would say there has been no deterioration after using seven days a week for one month. I tend to use it when I am lying flat in bed so it's possible some of the critical reviews are from users who are constantly on the move when wearing the pad. I can imagine this would be a sterner test but I have no complaints. I would also recommend that it's worth taking a little bit of time to make sure the pads are properly replaced on the mat after each use. This will help to prolong effective use. I am expecting many more months of use but until this point I cannot complain.
