I gave it a three only because i didn't receive the application brush in the picture which is why i ordered the kit and not just the henna. It does not show up so well on black. If you have black I recommend using deep red by Harvest Moonยฎ so you will see highlights. If you have light, white or gray hair, you may see orange at first prior to turning burgundy (it can take over night). Worked awesome on my light brown hair. If it does turn orange you can do a second application and it will be burgundy. The more I used it the better.Always make sure it is sold and ships from Henna Hut, not anyone else, they have had imposters try and sell fake ones.
