But for those that are interested... the push tabs for both the baby pink and cherry pink are translucent in color with the cherry pink being the darker of the two; the tab for the pink is opaque. Also, the blues can be difficult in telling apart. While both the blue and blue black refills have an opaque push tab with the blue black being the darker of the two, the tab for the aqua blue is translucent. That way if you want, you could swap the hello kitty tops and put them in these refills. **Q: Is there a trick to getting the pen tips to stay down? As soon as i press down on the tip to write it goes back into the pen.** A: I haven't had this problem with my pen-- love these customizable multi ink pens, I have the clear 5 slot case/holder for them and I did notice that the first time I loaded the pens i did not slide them in correctly, there is a slot that is not obvious if just quickly placing the ink refills in. Happy writing folks! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seller CORRECTED the problem *by N***. on October 29, 2019* I love the Hi-Tec-C Coleto, and I love the gel ink colors. I can't give a high rating to this product since I was only able to use less than half of the refills. Because of poor packaging more than half of the pen refills arrived broken. I didn't realize they were broken until I went to refill my pen. I tried to use them in spite of the broken state, but could not come up with a solution. not only do they not work, but they also float around inside the pen creating problems for your other colors. In the attached picture you can see that the red refill on the extreme right is good (one long line of plastic including the top piece), but all of those other colors are broken (the top piece is broken off and lying beside the top of the plastic ink tube). The broken refills are useless, unfortunately. Bottom line...use this pen, use the refills, but don't order from anyone who doesn't package them appropriately. UPDATE: The seller has contacted me offering to correct the problem. I didn't see the email as it had ended up in a spam folder. I've replied to their offer, and I'm now hopeful that I'll have a positive outcome to report soon. SECOND Update: The seller corrected the problem!
