**Q: What is the difference between "black" and "black/black"? Color looks a little different in the pictures but I'm not exactly sure**
A: My shoes are just like the ones pictured, black canvas with white rubber sole.  I think black=black is black canvas with black rubber sole .

**Q: I wear a size 9 in mens. what size should i choose? also, what is the "m" and "w"?**
A: Not sure about men's..but I purchased a 6.5 in females. I'm usually a six and it fits pretty snug. Might I suggest you order a half size bigger. I don't mind it of course. Also, I believe "m" and "w" refer to width sizes. So M stands for medium width and W is for wide width.
