If you are constipated, these might be your best friend - but be sure not to leave the house if you try them.Update: Candy Creek commented that I would likely get used to the Sugar Alcohol and not have such a reaction ongoing. I bravely kept eating them. They were right. in a few days my body adjusted and I was not getting the runs any more.Update again: After a week, I've decided that these aren't worth it. My digestive system can't handle it. After 2 of these my stomach is swollen like a balloon for the rest of the day.
