What’s up with the brand/label changes! *by H***S on Reviewed in the United States on July 27, 2017* I have a love/ dislike relationship with this product, I love everything about it excellent the fact that it's mildly addictive and if I run out or forget to take it I'm dead tired and even a bit depressed. The Garcinia has a mild mood lifting, Serotonin boosting effect that when stopped abruptly creates 2-3 days of "the blues" while my serotonin and brain chemistry rebalances itself out. Also if I miss a day I'm dead tired and feel a bit listless. It can create a bit of a jittery effect if taken on an empty stomach so I try to eat a little breakfast shortly after I take one in the morning. The bottle indicates to take 1-2 capsules 30 minutes before a meal. I take only 1 in the morning and that's it. I tried taking 2 in a day and it was a disaster! I became super agitated, irritable, inpatient, jittery and not a nice person. That's when I quit cold turkey and had the weird "blues" and sluggishness. I discovered that one in the morning with a glass of water and food shortly after works well for me and now I just make sure I don't run out and that I pack it in my weekend bags if I don't want to sleep away my weekends getaways.Update:What’s up with the branding, labeling etc with this product, for nearly a year it was Natures Design, then it switched at Weightplex by Brandon sciences, and now it’s Griffith Natural Best Seller, for whatever that means.
