Review: Just get it! It's sooooo worth it - I got this after getting a cold press juicer and this has become "the citrus juicer." I like combining carrot, ginseng and tumeric root with orange juice, and now I use both since this cranks out juice way faster, and far more easier than prepping your citrus for a cold press (it seems like I get more juice too). Just slice your citrus fruit vertically and your ready! This does an excellent job removing ALL the pulp, and if some or extra pulp is desired is still kept in the filter that can easily be added. I ended up getting this for several family members and they fell in love with it very quickly. You'll never see concentrated lemon juice bottle as a viable option to cook or drink with ever again (I never buy lemon, lime, or orange juice anymore when you can easily have it fresh). I've had this over a year and works great, cleans super easily, and far more easy to assemble/disassemble than a cold press hahah. The only thing I would like to see as an improvement is different color options (simple ones at least): Black, Silver/Stainless, and pure white (this does have a sun faded 90's creamy-white look to it that would look great in a retirement home).
Review: Deliverd and Juicin in less than 3 minutes!! - I have written reviews for desertcart in the past, but not very frequently. I have to really either like or dislike the item to spend the energy to put a review together. This citrus juicer has plenty of fantastic reviews already written for it; so did I need to write one too? YES! This thing is awesome!!!! It was delivered to my door by the UPS man and I had it unwrapped and in action in less than 3 minutes. I made fresh lemonade and it was as good or better than the best fresh lemonades I have had in my life. I use allrecipes for just about everything to see if someone has already made it well enough once so that I can either replicate it or use their recipe or modify it to my liking. I used the BEST LEMONADE EVER recipe and it really was fantastic. I did not have a problem yet with the little hole clogging, but it looks like its easy enough to unclog. Just push the spout up, then pull back down. Fixed. The other main selling point for me was the fact that I have been juicing (Breville BJE820XL Juicer) for a couple months now including a week long juice cleanse. The Breville is awesome too, although I may not have bought the dual disc model because it just not needed. Anyway, I hate peeling citrus fruits but yet they are delicious in my juices, so I had a dilemma, and that was answered by the Citrus Star. Now, I can use my Breville on things like carrots, ginger, celery, apple, cucumbers, kale, spinach, etc... and then add in my orange, lemon, grapefruit or limes from the Citrus Star and not have the taste of rinds which can make the juices bitter. I am a fan of Breville items and I looked at their model citrus juicer as well. I like it. It looks very nice, but I like being able to hold the citrus fruit in my hand and squeeze it while using the citrus star because it helps to get every last little bit of juice out of the fruit. The Breville uses an arm and cup to hold the fruit down on the reamer and it looks to me like I would not get all the juice out of it. Some of the review I read there said they have problems with large grapefruit, and that is one of my favorite things to juice, so I knew that the citrus star was for me. While I had the Citrus Star out earlier, I also juiced about 6 limes for fresh mojito's later. I am also looking forward to fresh Margaritas, too. I am already planning my meal for tomorrow morning. Two of my favorite juices are the Mean Green and the Kale & Grapefruit Juice. Tomorrow I am going with the kale & grapefruit. I think the most exciting thing for me is not having to peel the citrus fruit and run it through my Breville to get the juice. Buy this. Make fresh lemonade. You will love it.

**Q: Can this actually produce 100% pulp free orange juice? If I absolutely HATE pulp, would this work for me?**
A: No. It doesn't make %100 pulp free juice. It does get rid of a lot of pulp but not all. I think with most juicers you would still have to run the juice through a tighter mesh strainer to get that level of non pulpiness. That being said this is a wonderful juicer and I would suggest it to anyone in the market for one.

**Q: Is this juicer completely aluminum free?**
A: I notice that with the large pictures on the description, it says the spout is stainless steel.  But there is also a metal insert with holes that lets the juice flow through.  I would contact the manufacturer, Tribest, 888-254-7336, and ask them whether the juicer is completely aluminum free.

**Q: Does it take a lot of strength to juice oranges with this juicer?  I have arthritis.**
A: I also have arthritis, and I did not have any problems.  I have another citrus juicer which is an attachment to my KitchenAid mixer, and that was quite difficult to use (took a lot of strength and was very messy).  I also have two manual devices for juicing, both of which take a lot of strength and result in wasted fruit.  I bought this as a replacement for all of the above, and am very pleased.

**Q: Can I use apples in this?**
A: If you are talking about the juicer, the answer is "no."  It's not a juice extractor.  It's for citrus fruits only.

I got this after getting a cold press juicer and this has become "the citrus juicer." I like combining carrot, ginseng and tumeric root with orange juice, and now I use both since this cranks out juice way faster, and far more easier than prepping your citrus for a cold press (it seems like I get more juice too). Just slice your citrus fruit vertically and your ready! This does an excellent job removing ALL the pulp, and if some or extra pulp is desired is still kept in the filter that can easily be added. I ended up getting this for several family members and they fell in love with it very quickly. You'll never see concentrated lemon juice bottle as a viable option to cook or drink with ever again (I never buy lemon, lime, or orange juice anymore when you can easily have it fresh). I've had this over a year and works great, cleans super easily, and far more easy to assemble/disassemble than a cold press hahah. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Little workhorse

I bought this little citrus juicer 7 months ago, and have used it almost every day since it arrived. It's compact and occupies a permanent place on the kitchen counter. Easy and quick to use -- I usually juice 2 oranges and 2 other citrus fruits (mandarins/tangelos/tangerines) (yields about 10-12 oz of juice) and do cleanup as well in about 10 minutes start to finish. Disassembly for cleaning is simple: lift the reamer assembly off the drive shaft, separate the 2 reamers, do a quick swipe under running water with a soapy sponge, rinse, set in dish drainer. Lift the pulp basket off the shaft, tap the pulp into the trash can, do a quick swipe under running water with a soapy sponge, rinse, set in dish drainer.Lift the juice bowl off the drive shaft, do a quick swipe under running water with a soapy sponge, rinse, set in dish drainer. Wipe drive shaft and top of drive unit. place juice bowl on drive shaft. Place pulp basket on drive shaft. Rejoin the reamers, set on drive shaft. Put dust cover on top. Done. No fasteners, no screwing anything off or on, no funky alignment issues, no hassles. The one thing that is a little wonky is the spigot -- if you don't put a glass under it before you start juicing then you have to make sure that it is up, otherwise juice winds up streaming onto the counter; plus it sits a little too low for a regular drinking glass to fit under. Solved this by using those short cocktail glasses that hold 12 oz. The drive motor is admittedly not a great font of power, but for the way I use it, it is more than sufficient. Pulp level is excellent: I don't care for a lot of pulp and not much gets through the basket. Lovely design, works well, I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
