To gove you a better picture of how much I used...my nailpolish was half full and after using this product it is now almost completely full again. Only with that amount would my polish not be thick. Maybe it was just my polish. I have used thinners before, and the amount will vary for each polish depending on how thick it is. However, I have used other brands that work much better in a similar situation. Can't remember the brand that worked well but I remember the bottle was red.
