I also suffer with migraines and was recently told that mine are not helped by my soy intake. Try finding a non soy, non lactose powder that doesn't taste like a mouthful of chalk. I was very skeptical about this but I had to try seeing as how I've tried so many others. I am so pleased that I did, I will never buy another powder. I blend it with almond milk and it's lovely. Oh, I work out in the morning before work and take this with me as my breakfast. So I make up seven on a Sunday and they last throughout the week. You'd be surprised how many go chunky and/or stinky within a few days. I would give this six stars if I could. The only reason I gave it a four, and this is just me being a bit cheeky, is because I think that more could be fit into each container. They are just over half full of powder when the foil is peeled back.
