A: do you mean 22m/m   22mm is huge...the largest setting is 19 thou or483 m/m..the closest to 22 is 203 (8 thou)or 254 m/m (10 thou). hope this helps

I used this item to do a valve adjustment on a Honda Fit 2008. This item was perfect for just that. The sizing is limited but should be more than enough if you aren't worried about .02mm offsets. I would definitely recommend for anyone doing car valve adjustments over straight flat feeler gauges anytime. The reason being I did shims on 3 motorcycles with flat blades, and they were a HUGE Pain.
