Depending on the stereo brand, some will fit better than others I assume. I used this on a kenwood double din and it doesn't fit seamless but does minimize the gaps around the face of the unit. The front piece of this kit is butted up to the front perimeter of my stereo when pre-assembled. This sets my stereo back a little for an unappealing finish install. It would look nicer flush.
