This means this is really very good product. Using pom or cranberry mixed with grated fresh ginger as chaser and mix in with the Tbsp dose. I bought this to have on had for my family for cold, flu and perhaps greater health threats that might occur. A week after receiving I came down with horrible sore throat, swollen glands in throat - hard to swallow...this would normally have sent me to dr. to have a strep swap in case it was bacterial. BUT...I thought let's see how this Vit C formulation does...took 1st dose in am of 2 tsps...that was all I was going to get down...have strong gag reflex. Took it before breakfast.....soreness and most swelling gone by bed time...next day 2 tsp more...by noon no sign of sore throat....keeping this for flu season and occasionally immune system boost. Energy boost impressive also. Thank you folks, great result.2 wks later - figured out how to get this down. Pomegranate juice with some grated fresh ginger..very cold...mix a little with the 1 Tbls Vit C, hold nose...drink, follow with the juice mix. Took recommended dose for three days. No adverse reactions but people are beginning to ask me what I did to my skin....took about 10 years off of aging effects. Sleep still amazing and energy level sustained since first three days of use 2 wks ago. Great to have an immediate cure for any future flu or illness on hand.5 months later.
