Case is great, magnetic part of keyboard great, easy to connect.....completely let down by the sellers inability to communicate and offer relevant help. My keyboard has an issue with the # key. Instead of # I get a £ which is frustrating and the so called user manual is no help. I am sure there is a fix but they have not helped provide one despite 5 separate asks. Bad service, bad result.
