All I ever find are the cheap stainless ones that rust after the first wash, or the cheapo plastic ones that look like crap on your counter, or the wooden ones which are okay but not necessarily as easy to clean. These are really nice. They feel durable, 18/10 stainless, didn't rust during a run through the dishwasher, and have a nice weight to them. They also match my All-Clad copper core pots and pans which is an added bonus. For the price, you can't go wrong. They really need to make a larger set though. I understand these are the basic items you'll use but almost all of us need the slotted flipper, pasta spoon, and a few other pieces. Definitely worth the price. Also, I have seen a brushed stainless set on Amazon if that's more your style.
