I appreciate them trying to make it right. I will raise my star review due to this willingness, and if I get one that works this time I will change it again*I have an Android 8.0. I received this fitness tracker. Plugged it in to activate it like it said. It worked just fine, but the time and date were way off. I downloaded the Da fit app so that once it is linked it will change the day/time. Well Da fit could never find the device. I uninstalled an re-download it twice. No luck. So I contacted Amazon customer support. Unfortunately they had no other additional help than to uninstall and reinstall the app and then told me to email Kooman. Since there is no phone number I had to email them through Amazon. My reply from them was to uninstall and reinstall in the app which I had already told them I tried. This product is clearly defective and will be returned as no one seems to have better advice for me than what I have already tried. I won't be purchasing another of this brand.
