One pair in 7.5 and another in a size 8. My general shoe size is UK/6. US/8.The box arrived and the box has newly marked on it with cellophane wrapping.Each shoe is in its own white bag (no strings).They arrived on the day of expected delivery.Construction: The shoe is suede material with a thin sole and heel. It is made from rubber/plastic.Heel Height: 1inch.Weight: 7.3/8 ounces of an individual shoe.The circumference of the heel: 6 inches in total.Side circumference of the heel to the middle it: 3inches.The heel contains very nice and large pearls which seem very secure.They are inside a silver (box) of their own.Then there is the sole of the heel. It is 3 centimeters in height.The insole of the shoe: It is lightly cushioned with ivory/cream. The toe box is cushioned with black suede.NOTE: Memory foam? No. I have a pair of memory foam Sketchers. It is lightly cushioned. I would not be surprised if I ended up buying a pair of black thin insoles for them.The arch support: Overall appropriate for a 1-inch heel.Ankle strap: A suede thin strap with a square silver buckle. Note: I looped the strap, (as it is too long) through the back. It now looks fine.Appearance: With the thin strap and round toe. It creates a nice elegant minimalistic look. From the front, you would think that I could be wearing a higher heel. If that matters. It creates a pleasing look. The side view does not disappoint. It is a classy, chic shoe.I have tried this pair of shoe on with a purple cocktail (tight) dress with spaghetti back strap.It would go great with a black cocktail dress too. Basically most colours. I am being told by others they look particularly good with a black dress. Grey trousers would also work too.It would also look great with trousers/pants and a skinny leg would work too. I have tried them on with a pair of black skinny leggings and they look very good with them. I plan to wear them when I go out to a restaurant, for some light dancing, to a party or dinner party.Due to the very thin sole, they are not going to last for a number of years. If you wore them occasionally yes, they would last. They are not a durable shoe though due to the sole of the shoe.They are a handy pair of shoes to have around.I do not suspect that I would get any bunions with this shoe because the shoe has a soft suede.I do not have wide feet. I am returning the size 8B and keeping the size 7.5 B. The size 8 fit like a size 8 should fit.Because the toe box especially the left one it too raised for my feet.Good for the price.Hope this helps! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unique, Stylish, Bought for Dancing *by B***. on February 4, 2019* These shoes I got specifically because I do partner dancing, (to blues music) and for that I was looking for just a slight heel, dressy shoe with a strap. The design of this is very unique (I've researched many shoes for dancing) and I LOVE the pearl contrast with the black. It's a tad bigger then I would like (I'm a 7) but I don't think a 6.5 would really make too much of a difference. The front part of the shoes is slippery enough so I can do slides and turns with ease, and the heel will give some traction. I can tell I should be able to take classes for several hours and social dance for hours without being uncomfortable or hurting. I've started to break them in at home and felt fine afterwards. I found both in this style, plus a great price. I am older, so comfort and balance are primary, but I also want to look stylish. I have a tie-color blue dress and needed blue shoes. I ordered my regular size, 9 1/2, in enough time to return for another size or style if necessary. I didn’t need to do it. I tried them, and they felt good immediately. Long enough, wide enough, and super comfortable. The navy is pretty, the pearls in the heels make them dressy. I walked around in them, no binding. I’m planning to order two more pairs in other colors. Price was right compared to dressy shoes in the mall.
