Review: Great Product - At our small church we had quite a few hymn books whose backs were either loose or off and the inner pages were either loose or coming apart and I thought they looked really bad. And, just as it is with many small churches, the cost to rebind or fix them was more than we could afford at the time. But still I saw a need to do what I thought, without me knowing any better, was just a small act that wouldn't take me much effort, expense, or time to complete, and so I volunteered to do it. I researched rebinding books and obtained the items I'd need. This glue is what I used to reglue pages back into books before I could rebind the whole book again. And, when I was finished, I realized I had repaired 100 hymn books. Some time has now passed, but even with regular use, the books are still all holding up great. And, it is for this reason I think this craft glue is just wonderful and give it a 5.
Review: Stuff Works Well - Glues Hockey Gloves! - Awesome product. It stays flexible and adheres well to fabric. I use it to repair Ice Hockey Gloves where players commonly wear a hole in the palm on the top hand side. I mend them with old jean material applied to the leather or synthetic leather. It holds up amazingly well, even after washing. Also I use the glue to give the bottoms of items more grip. Stuff dries like a thin flexible rubber. It will adhere two pieces of fabric as well. Have played around with material to see what it will and won’t do. But keep in mind that you will likely be able to see adhesion areas on outside or right side of thin fabric just like when you glue thin paper to paper you can see adhesion area. Hope this helps...

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will it stick fabric and felt to yarn?**
A: Yes! I use this glue for gluing all sorts of things to my knitted projects and it works perfectly and it doesn't leak through to the other side.

**Q: Is this a permanent or temporary glue? Like it will stick to my graduation cap?**
A: It's supposed to be permanent. I used it gluing pages back in my Bible. It says on the bottle: "Ideal for all types of fabric and paper crafting projects needing a strong yet durable permanent bond. Glue dries clear and remains flexible." Hope that helps you!

**Q: will this work for denim (hemming jeans)?**
A: Directions say washing will not affect adhesion. I've had good luck using a hot glue gun to hem canvas and denim. Use a high quality hot glue stick like Gorilla Glue Sticks. The trick is to press both side of the hem together quickly before the glue starts hardening. Also, apply glue sparingly to both sides of the hem. Too much and you risk the glue bleeding through the fabric. It's easy to forget that the glue is like molten lava; resist the urge to wipe off excess with your fingers. You will get burned. Instead, keep some tongue depressors or toothpicks handy to scrape up hot glue. The best part is that the hot glue bonds quickly, so you only need to press down on the joined parts for 15 seconds or so.

**Q: Would this hold when gluing card stock to fabric (for a graduation hat)?**
A: Great question! Yes, it will bond card to fabric. This item is ideal for scrapbooking, paper crafting and fabrics. For other bonding recommendations, you may visit http://www.elmers.com/glueguide.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Let me patch up an old friend : )
*by M***Y on March 7, 2022*

I wanted to patch up an old stuffed rabbit of mine that I've had since I was a baby, literally got her when I was a month old! I got the nylon to match the original fabric and everything, but was concerned about using a glue to patch some wear and tear holes she had gotten over the past 22 years. I decided to try my luck with this and it worked really well. It's a little noticeable where I glued in some of the patches, mostly the bigger ones, but overall, they blend right in, and I've had really no issue with the fabric becoming too stiff or anything, which I think is especially surprising considering she's made of nylon! I'm very happy with how this worked, but I would recommend sticking to the recommended drying times that are on the bottle. I attempted some light washing about a day after gluing, and the glue started to reactivate. I got through it as quickly and as gently as possible and luckily didn't have anything fall apart, but just be aware that it needs a good amount of time to fully dry!
