I wanted buttons that could weather the elements like our old set. This one model has proven itself to be reliable so I ordered the same brand and wouldn't you know it, i didn't need to adjust frequencies, as its compatible w our original receiver and transmitter button. Instructions are simple and chime can be changed by jumper position. Another feature not found in other brands is that front door and back doors have different chime so you're able to discern where person is.
