It kind of looks like an ice cream sandwich at that point. Then I use broken crunchy treat bits to fill in the edges and sides as much as possible to cover that sticky, soft texture for her. It ends up looking like an irregular, slightly thicker and uneven treat at the end. She actually tends to choose that one first because the bacon scent entices her and she now happily takes her much needed medication without any additional stress.
