There are 2 categories.** A: They should really put 10-12 as the range. Maybe it is for wide width sizing? It just means can be cut to accommodate within this range. **Q: Are these 5.5 men’s and 7.5 women’s?** A: I have the same question. Is it 5.5 men’s size or 5.5 women’s size?!? They are 2 very different measurements. ??? **Q: i wear a (womens) 8-1/2 shoe, but a (woments) 9-1/2 sneaker. Which size insolde should I get?** A: I would go with whatever size shoe you’re going to be wearing them in. I wear a 9-91/2 depending on the shoe. The first set I bought was a 9 and I noticed that my big toe would slide off the side of the insole when I walked. Next time I bought a set I got a size 91/2 and they were much better **Q: Will this size fit my size 12 men?** A: 10 - 10 .5 fits men 10.5 tennis shoes right. They have helped reduce my knee pain. They can be “remolded” up to 5 times per the instructions. I haven’t done this yet, but the material appears sturdy enough to do so so that you could mold it into a different shoe.
