The straw makes alot of noise and seems like it has a hole in the plastic it connects to causing you to suck like a henry hoover. Definitely faulty and not fit for purpose. I want a refund or exchange for a working non faulty product..Update: seller agreed to replace, sent replacement and had the exact same issue, contacted seller and now not responding.
