You can search Amazon for the specific part or contact the seller you purchased the skimmer from. If you need help identifying the part numbers needed please feel free to call Graystone Industries 706-865-0220 **Q: How does this sit in the pond? Or how is it installed?** A: We installed ours on the side of the pond. We cut a hole in the liner and fixed it to the hole, the water flows into the box and the pump pulls the water and pushes it through a hose to the waterfall. Works great and has been for 10 years. **Q: Where can I find new filter mats? I have bought three different roles and one was too narrow, the other two were too thin anfloppy and just falls over** A: The product code for the replacement filter is SM4000 **Q: what is the size of the pump compartment. can it accomadate a verticle pump 8 1/2 " diameter and 17 " tall** A: The total skimmer size is 17" x 24" x 21". the back part where the pump sits is something close to 16" x 11" and 21" high inside dimensions. It should easily be able to accommodate your pump.
