Review: hook needs to be improved - This is a great alternative to a standard neck strap for saxophone, however the hook is not O.K. I have changed the hook on mine.The strap alleviates the pain from the neck and disperses it to your back and shoulders. It is of good quality, but again the hook attachment to the sax is inferior.

**Q: Will this work for someone 6'5" and lanky?**
A: It doesn't seem to be adjustable away from your body - like the part that clips to the sax - so my daughters instructor didnt like it. I would think you'd want that feature too.

A: My daughter uses with a bass clarinet and it works great. Hope that helps.
