**Q: Is this product mycotoxin free or contain low mycotoxins?**
A: I think the previous answer about asking the company is a good one. I'll have to admit to not having mycotoxins on my radar at all until reading this question, so I did a little research, which for my peace of mind indicates there is probably so little risk with this product or any roasted coffee that I personally would not worry about it. Roasting and caffeine both kill mycotoxins. This stuff is dark roasted and certainly has caffeine.Quoted from a pubmed report summary: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7451391"Because of the extremely low frequency of findings, the low levels of toxins, and the experimental data showing 70--80% destruction by the roasting process of toxin added to green coffee, further study on this topic has been discontinued."

**Q: what is the difference between this and the Grizzly Claw?**
A: Grizzly claw has more cocoa notes, and the 454 is a bit more earthy and robust.

**Q: What does “tasting method” mean?  Is there chocolate, tobacco or maple syrup involved in the preparation of the beans?**
A: I expect you mean tasting notes, not tasting method. No there is not chocolate tobacco or maple syrup involved in the production of the beans. What this means is that the roaster hopes that you will taste these overtones in the coffee once it is brewed.

**Q: Does this coffee come in decaf?**
A: Just search "kicking house coffee decaf" - comes in two sizes.
