I thought I had researched it well enough to have confidence in this purchase but I was quickly proven wrong. I received the product Aug 27 and was finally able to take it out on my first hunt 9/27. Unfortunatly, that was the cut off date for a return/refund. During the hunt, the first 2 hours were flawless. Then the scope started freezing up when a NUC occured. This freeze was not only in the picture but also the controls. I had to hold the power button 15 seconds to do a "Hard Boot" just to regain control. This happened at least 15 times while we were out in the fields. I checked the firm ware before going through the Zero process and based on the firm ware offered on ATN's suport site, This devise is in good shape. I paid way too much for this product to have so much of an issue. Luckily, Amazon stepped up when the seller wouldn't and provided a solution so I could return the scope. Thank You Amazon! I hope this helps someone. Reviews are very subjective, I get that, but you take a chance if you buy this product.
