Review: Worked once. Broke. Company not responsive. - It sounds like I had the same problem as Shannon from Austalia. I bought this so I could make several days' worth of nitro cold brew at a time instead of one day's worth in a whipped cream dispenser. The first batch turned out great! I was able to fill my travel mug 3 times. The second batch I made, the little black silicone flap blew out. This device is designed to let the N2 into the carafe and not let it come back out again, but once it blows out, there is nothing to keep the pressure in the carafe. As a result, the pressure (and some coffee) leaks back out around the edges of the N2 cartridge and sprays everywhere and makes a mess. I have tried twice to reach out to the company to ask how to fix this or ask for a replacement cap, but they have not responded. I think the silicone gasket/flap design for keeping the pressure in the carafe is a poor design and an invitation to material failure. I would not buy this again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

It sounds like I had the same problem as Shannon from Austalia. I bought this so I could make several days' worth of nitro cold brew at a time instead of one day's worth in a whipped cream dispenser. I love this product. I have made over 50 batches with it and it works great. I do admit that the last portion to pour is not as frothy, but that is as expected. Just like a whip cream bottle, the last part has no gas to whip with. I would recommend this product.
