I only spray under my tongue one time a day (a half hour before bed) and it totally knocks me out so I can sleep all through the night - I rarely get up to go to the bathroom anymore but sleep all night! PLUS my hair is thicker and softer. Breasts are firmer and larger (husband approves). I have a better sex drive (including orgasms) making me feel like I am 25 again. The taste is awful but the benefits outweigh that.
