It indicated to me that their package needs to better protect their product. The chip was on the exterior of one foot and on the thin inner side of the other.One of the feet is thinner than the others which results in my egg is sitting three feet. I've tried to find a spot where it will actually support but not able to find it.I rated three which reflects on quality. Unfortunately all 4 feet were different thickness. It’s impossible to level the egg without shimming. See my photo. They did not seem flat. They seem to be molded plaser painted green. As soon as I placed the BGE onto the feet one of them started to crumble.
