However, I ordered this for a new phone and expected to receive the tempered glass screen protector as pictured, which I didn't get. Instead, I received a hard, but flexible plastic protector that doesn't fit the screen of my phone. The phone "floats" in the well-made case, making it uncomfortable safety-wise. The ad said it fit the LG Phoenix 4, but it doesn't fit well enough. I'll return and purchase another case. Quality-wise, this is nice, but the ad was deceptive.
