I went with the large for static purposes(just in case) But I love them. I got them in the Willow Dance and the Coco Legging and they are good quality( I mean they are sheer so you know what sheer looks like) I really only wanted a black and the yellow but the orange looked so good I kept it as well. If your are my height and weight you could do either size.
