As a side note if you find the video won’t run as I often find then expand it to full size and start it then reduce the size again.What I liked************- Nice retro feel and look- Has a good solid heavy base- Old style flex- Comes with a three pin UK plug- Very nice design- Simple assembly- Very nice packaging ideal should you be getting it as a gift for someone- My mother loves itWhat I Didn’t Like******************- I normally find something to put here but thus far I haven’t found anything but will return and edit if my mother comes across any issues.Summary**********This is a really nice lamp of high quality from the packaging right through to the finishing of the lamp, and best of all my mother loves it. It came with a bulb as well - how thoughtful!The base is good and heavy, the switch easy to use and conveniently near the base of the lamp - not miles down the flex which I always a pain when I run the cable down the back of a bookcase, then find I can't turn it on and off. Not with this one - it's in just the right place.Whoever designed this has thought through all the details.
