I use this all the time and even do things like mixing it with mayo for people who don't like spice because the flavour is so good. I would also say it's pretty middle of the road in terms of thickness, not mash thick but certainly not thin either. I try so many hot sauces, and like a broad range, but this is one that's always in the fridge. I should say it does have a tendency to separate so give it a good shake before use to allow it to recover its brown/orange colour.
