The rivets are as tight as when it was new and the material has held up very well. The only thing is that copper will not remain that shiny and stainless with usage. It will be very hard to make it look as it is in the picture after repeat usage (see attached picture). This has nothing to do with the product, but more to do with the nature of copper.
