I had to cut doen the video instructions. What was lost:These are the type that are hammered in over an existing hole which receives the bolt of the leveling feet. If you can, I recommend removing the feet first so you arent hammering on your sofa. If you cant, just go easy. It doesnt take a lot of force to firmly mount these.If you are replacing broken leveling feet, remove the old one (fi you can). It's likely that the furniture was made in India or China and the threads - though similar - are just different enough to make you frustrated.Finally, be prepared to cut off up to 1/2" of the bolt so it will fit inside the existing hole. Use a grinder or hacksaw. If you dont have this option for whatever reason, you can drill out the necessary length of the hole in order for the bolt to fit.This was a surprisingly easy repair. It would also be easy to mount these leveling feet to furniture that does not already have them. As the name implies, these are intended to be used for 'leveling' furniture, but it also functions just like any nylon furniture-glide you can buy at the hardware store.JHA ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value *by W***Y on July 7, 2021* These levelers work great. I would have given them 5 stars for "easy to install" but you do have to be able to drill a straight up and down perpendicular hole in the legs so these fit correctly.
