Won't refund me unless I can print a label but no ups down here and I have no printer so felt robbed as was a gift **Q: Can you get refills for this pen??** A: Could probably just take the insides out of any regular biro and swap them out. Thats all this one is, a glorified biro with a light up rubber ball on the end. **Q: Can the pen be turned off? Or the battery be removed?** A: The light will only activate for a short while when triggered with a flick, tap or knock on its head. The light will turn off on its own.
