It has adjustable straps. It comes in one size fits all. **Q: Does this help with under the chin pudge? And do you need to use any kind of cream/serum or does it work by itself?** A: This was very comfortable for me i don't see what there was to complain about unless your like double chin too the extreme and even if you are i would still recommend because it will make you sweat and it will be easier to lose that double chin.
