Review: Soothing and wonderful - I used this diet with me and my mom. We been having stomach issued for quite sometime. We did great and my mom stop using Omeprazole. I modified the recipes just a little to add more flavor to it, but using natural organic ingredients like chive, rosemary or oregano. We both enjoyed them a lot and the night caps like the sage, mint ginger tea, nutmeg saffron or the anti-inflammatory toddy, the lavender and chamomile tea, the green juice etc were our favorites. Will definitely will do it again for more time to completely heal my tummy.

I used this diet with me and my mom. We been having stomach issued for quite sometime. We did great and my mom stop using Omeprazole. I modified the recipes just a little to add more flavor to it, but using natural organic ingredients like chive, rosemary or oregano. We both enjoyed them a lot and the night caps like the sage, mint ginger tea, nutmeg saffron or the anti-inflammatory toddy, the lavender and chamomile tea, the green juice etc were our favorites. Will definitely will do it again for more time to completely heal my tummy.
