Recently I am looking for contemporary locks to replace all my bedrooms and bathrooms. I have been searching all over the web and eventually cross my finger to give this lock a try. I was very happy on the outcome.Initially even after I received the product, I was still very skeptical about its quality because the lock is well oiled and I could see the oily finger prints on it. But after it was installed and gave it a wiped, I was impressed by how tight the tolerance is as compared to my Schlage when I wiggle the handle. As most of the locks are made in China these days, I am surprised this lock is made in Taiwan, where a higher quality is essential to survive in order to compete.The designer tried too hard to hide the two screws holding the lock against the door.
