He even sent an email stating when he shipped this out my way.I got the product two days after ordering.When I opened the package I saw the name plate engraved just as I typed out, and beautifully done.I took the urn out and it was carefully packaged in bubble wrap, and TWO drawstring bags. The top of the urn twists off the body so you can fill it and twist it shut.The only thing I can say is that it is darker than the picture- but I LOVE IT. I don't count this as a negative at all. It is a stunning marbled blue. It complements my darling pet so well. The urn arrived quickly and was extremely well packaged. If you wait to make the purchase of an urn at a typical funeral home the price will easily cost between $250 to $500. The funeral home will order an urn from some of the same sources shown on Amazon. In truth the urns are dropshipped from a warehouse that is inside or very hear a shipping hub. This urn cost just under $100. It is cast metal with a threaded cap. It is definitely a quality item intended for human remains. In this case the urn is going into a national military cemetary. I chose one in color because so many are just colorless metal with standard dimensions. Overspending on final arrangements is a voluntary act that in end will make your loved one's death no better.
