Ability to machine polish in very small spaces or tight curves. *by R***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 16, 2018* I constantly find myself needing to cut and polish in small spaces or tighter curves. This tool definitely fits the bill and at the right price. This pre-assembled kit of 1", 2" and 3" backing plates & pads is great. I'm disappointed its not a dual action polisher and just a rotary, but when working with pads this small I imagine it has to be. Like all Flex polishers, its LOUD and vibrates a lot in your hand (compared to my Rupes Bigfoot) so you'll want hearing protection. I also notices it gets hot fast, but it didn't impact the performance. I don't doubt the quality of the motor and polisher, but I don't know who make the pads or even where to re-order them from. This is the perfect tool for doing correction work in tight areas or on small panels. Combined with the pe14 you can really accomplish any correction job.
