**Q: Do the rubber buffers come as part of the kit or do they have to be purchased separately ?**
A: Don't know anything about rubber buffers. I didn't get any. This is a very strong magnetic catch excellent for my external storm doors.

A: Yes there are mounted into the doors and door frame so are very discreet and will hold doors closed.

A: Sale is for one catch. It is a very strong magnetic catch. I'm very pleased with the product used on my storm doors to hold them open
