We could not believe how fool proof the instructions and process were!! The cheese came out perfect. We followed the directions exactly the only thing we would do is tweak the amount of salt to add just a dash more to give it a little bit more of the flavor that we enjoy from the mozzarella cheese. This is definitely some thing I would recommend you try! Five stars

The instructions were clear, but the process took some trial and error, especially for a beginner like me. I was aiming to make mozzarella but ended up with a delicious batch of burrata instead—so not quite what I expected, but still a win! Despite the difficulties, the kit includes everything you need, and the quality of the final product was great. I definitely learned a lot from the experience, and even though it didn’t go perfectly, I was still able to enjoy some fresh, homemade cheese.
