If I had wanted to get it repaired it was $600 for the repair plus crating it up (170 lb TV) and shipping on top of that. Not worth it. I was very suspicious at the beginning, reading through so many negative reviews. Once we received and installed, it worked right away and is nothing short of Promethean board - much easier as there is no software to download if you only need the panel to be touchable. The software brings a lot of fancy functions but we don't need.
