I am a big buxom cook, and usually, I wear a 2X because of my chest, but these run a lot bigger than I expected. I've already purchased a 1x for comparison, and the 1x is a good fit with plenty of room along the breast-line. 1x may run large for taller cooks who stay somewhat fit, try a Large first. I love the fit and look...very pro and forward in its style.
