It includes everything you need to get started, and the filters feel solid and well made. The ND and CPL work as expected, threads are smooth, and there were no issues mounting them on my lens. Having the hood and cap included is a nice bonus. All are high quality and exceptional value. I recommend Neewer frequently.This provides the basic filters one needs: a protective filter in case you are concerned about bumps damaging the lens front element; a circular polarizer to reduce glare (note: you must rotate the front ring to increase or decrease the polarization strength - I have talked with many people who mistakenly think all you have to do with a circular polarizer is attach it to the lens); and three neutral-density (ND) filters in different strengths (ND filters reduce the light coming into the lens without changing the color of the light so you can reduce shutter speed to capture moving water, or increase aperture and still have a lower shutter speed to reduce depth of field). It also comes with a fluorescent correction filter which I have never had cause to use.
