But it works well for me to finish in one shot.I have to say tye package is superb. Yes, the price might be a tad more expensive comparing to other portable blender. But, I find the quality, design, and packaging are definitely appear to be more expensive.The company definitely spends sometime in all 3 areas mentioned above. You just have to experience yourself.There is a good silicone seal to cover the USB area to avoid water damage when using and cleaning.The cup is heavy duty double wall glass. It feels heavy and temper glass like. I don't mind the heavier weight.It also comes with extra base cap to be use as portable bottle if you don't want to drink off the blades attached.Both caps have silicone seals to avoid spillage.Noise wise is no bad when holding it.I have yet tried with ice cubes using the tray it comes with. But, no doubt the smoothie is really velvety and yummy.It has accidental prevention mechanism. I push the power button once. The blue light will be on. Then you quickly push the same power button twice. The blending will kick in. I normally let it run in the interval of 20 seconds by pushing the power button to turn it off. It does stop at 40 seconds by default.I charged it overnight last week after receiving. I make one or two drinks a day since. I have yet recharge it. The only draw back is it only comes with USB cable, but no plug. So, I have to dig around to find one in order to plug into wall. But, it is no biggie.I tend to wash it by pulling the components apart. I also use little spoon to seperate the silicone pieces off from both caps and the base unit. So, not taking chance to have left over smoothie under the silicone piece. Plus, it is easier to wash the glass portion. And, I am also able to rinse the blades and the ring area at the base without spashing water to the power button and USB area. I am just being super careful. Trust me, it is not hard.All in all, I really recommend this portable blender. And I love the quality of the plastic. They look expensive...:)It is pricier comparing to others on the market. But, it is worth my money. 👍👍👍 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice design and portable *by A***Z on September 10, 2018* I like the white and slim design, and the portability of it . All parts can be disassemble and easy to wash. I made a strawberry smoothies and no leak so far. Once you done using the blender, simply flip it over, unscrew the blender, cap it with the extra cap, and you are ready bring the glass bottle with you.Also I noticed the glass has double panel so it should keep the smoothies/juice cold for a long time, definitely a plus compared to other plastic cup ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great blender *by K***K on August 24, 2019* We've used this about a dozen times. Makes smooth textured drinks, several uses from one charge, double wall canister insulates and reduces condensation, screw on top with carrying handle and bottom pieces allow the drink to be portable without the base. I liked the battery capacity and 6 blade feature of this blender. BUT this is not a standard counter-top blender, and you must use it appropriately to get good results. Some reviews are trying to compare it to a regular blender, and give a false impression about the good quality of this blender. While I think it would be hard to use it away from home unless you pre-chop your fruit first, and have access to crushed ice...it is possible. WE make ours at home, then take it with us. The fruit should be chopped, and the pieces of ice small...our crushed ice from our refrigerator ice maker works just fine. ADD 1/4 -1/2 cup LIQUID, such as milk or juice to keep the consistency right for this little blender (and we add a tablespoon of sugar or sweetener...SO much better flavor). We shake it while blending until we no longer hear the pieces hitting the blades, then let it run 10 seconds longer.
