I took the risk, pulled them out of the package, and tried to fit on. Of course they didn't fit at all.If you know anything about these, they are meant to stretch a little bit. So, I pulled out the good old WD-40 and sprayed the handle bars down, stretched the end over it, and twisted back and forth while applying pressure in the direction of "on". Let dry 24 hours, and now I have brand spanking new grips that fit snugly and perfectly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Did the trick *by F***L on Reviewed in the United States on March 8, 2017* These are a bit hard to install, because at first it seemed like they were too small. But if you follow the instructions to use plenty of hairspray inside the grips when installing, and in my case I used a thin screwdriver to help me get the grip started on the handle and with a quick push and a tug the grip was installed. I used the bolt cutters for 20 years they are really beat but, they still work good and the blades can be resharpened. At first I thought I shot myself in the foot but, the instructions said to spray the bar/handle with hair spray and they slip right on. Plus when the hair spray evaporated it's like they are glued on , I'll get another 20 years out of them the old rubber handles disintegrated, over age.
