One complaint is it comes with a 2" ball hitch. Why would you include a 2" ball for a hitch kit that is designed for small cars & SUVs? It's not likely anyone will be pulling a trailer that has a 2" receiver on it... Even my friends 16 foot boat trailer has a 1 7/8" ball on it.
