The box was easy to assemble.My only issue was the lack of directives after I could not remove the covers from the lamps to change the filters. Directives should not be needed but and it looked easy enough until I pressed the side buttons (circled in yellow)and nothing happened. I, then, pressed the side button and the button on the inside of the lamp together, nothing. Yes, I saw the open-close writing on the side. After chipping a nail, jiggling one side a bit while pressing both buttons in a few times, I got movement. Should not be that difficult.Backdrops are not as pictured...long enough but do not fit complete back. You have to shift them a bit for the sides to look as pictured. Also, the backdrop ends need to weighted down (pictured)or cool (never hot..will melt) iron the ends. If you need the back of the photobox (see picture) covered, you may need to either purchase or make your own backdrops. Most people will not use the back.The lighting was okay compared to my other lamps (purchased earlier, separately and with over ten plastic covers for the lamps). I would purchase again minus the lamps and two filters at a lower price of course. For the price, it is worth it. ### ⭐⭐ TL;DR - Cheap, Junky, Dirty, Avoid *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on December 5, 2019* Ordered this and it arrived. I was psyched. Then I opened it and it was actually dirty. Spots all over it like someone had dropped wet dirt or spilled coffee on it. So I sent it back and got a replacement.2nd one was less dirty but still covered in spots in places. This is a brand new item supposedly. How is it so dirty?So I thought well... it's less dirty... lets see if it works ok and I can just look past it.The first thing I noticed is that the buckle to close it all up wasn't working on one side. So only one side would close. Sigh. So I started to set it up. The "directions" are not at all helpful. I'm not sure I even got it together correctly tbh. I looked youtube to see if there were any assembly videos and there were a couple but I don't think they were exactly this model. I just couldn't figure out how the back drops were supposed to stay up at all.The lights are nice and bright but the stands are super cheap hella lightweight plastic and tip over if you breathe too close to em. Very junky. But very bright.Needless to say... I closed it all up and am sending it back for a full refund.Let this be a lesson. When you cheap out... you get what you pay for. I'd never order from this company again. Just ponderous. I ordered a different at double the cost that looks like it's pretty well made. 3rd time's the charm I suppose.I'd avoid this product. Not everything fits in the pockets on the outside. I was upset that the backdrops are not completely opaque mostly the white one. The lights aren't as bright as they look on the video and I need to supplement it. The light covers would be useless because they aren't that bright without them. But for a starter lightbox, it's okay. I'm glad I didn't spend money on the larger one.Just an FYI they contacted me and offered to send me another light and a partial refund but only AFTER I updated my review here which I turned down. I don't change my review unless the product warrants it and I wouldn't do it before they sent me another light.
